Warranty and Repair
At Gevako, we value quality and reliability. That is why you receive a standard 2-year warranty on all our products – for both consumers and business customers.
What is covered under warranty?
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects or faults that occur during normal use.
- Issues that arise within 24 months of purchase.
The warranty is valid from the date of delivery as stated on the invoice or order confirmation.
What is not covered under warranty?
The warranty does not apply to:
- Damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, or failure to follow the user manual.
- Products that have been modified or opened by the customer or a third party.
- Damage from drops or impact.
- Moisture damage.
Repair or Replacement
- Is your product defective within the warranty period?
- Contact us at info@gevako.com or via our contact form with a description of the problem.
- Please include the original order details and, if possible, photos or an error message.
- We will assess the situation and let you know if the product will be:
- Repaired,
- Replaced, or
- Partially or fully refunded.
In most cases, you will receive a response within 5 business days.
Returns under warranty
- For consumers: Return shipping costs will be reimbursed if the defect is covered under warranty.
- For business customers: Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed.
