Exchanges and Returns

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return it within 30 days. This policy applies to both private and business customers, with some additional conditions below.

1. Right of Withdrawal, 30-day cooling-off period

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

  • Consumers: receive a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs and reimbursement of return shipping costs.

  • Business customers: receive a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping costs. Return costs are at the customer’s expense.

2. Return conditions

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition. The product may have been tested.

  • The product must not be damaged.
  • The product must, if possible, be returned in its original packaging.

  • Products that are personalized or delivered digitally (such as software or downloads) cannot be returned once use has started or the seal has been broken.

3. Refund

After receiving and checking the return shipment, we will refund the amount within 7 business days via the original payment method.

4. Return procedure

  1. Send an email to info@gevako.com or fill out the contact form on our contact page:

    • your order number,

    • the reason for the return (optional).

  2. You will receive return instructions from us.

  3. Pack the product carefully and return it to the following address:

Would you like to exchange an item? Please contact us. Exchanges are possible within the same 30-day period, provided the item is in its original condition.
