1. Shipping Costs

Unfortunately, shipping costs are an unavoidable part of our business. But don’t worry, we do our best to keep these costs as low as possible and offer free shipping for orders over a certain minimum amount. If it fits through the letterbox, we can keep the price slightly lower compared to a larger package. This depends on the products in your order.

1.1 Shipping costs within the Netherlands

• Free shipping from €75.00 (including VAT)
• Letterbox package €4,45 (including VAT)
• Small package €5,95 (including VAT)
• Medium package €6,95 (including VAT)
• Large package €16,95 (including VAT)

1.2 Shipping costs to other EU countries

• Free shipping from €150,00 (including VAT)
• Package €8,95 (including VAT)

2. Delivery

1.1 Delivery within the Netherlands

Every product in our webshop has a specified expected delivery date. We strive to have products delivered within this timeframe. However, we are dependent on our carriers for this.

Shipments are generally handed over to our carrier two to three times a week. As soon as the carrier has received your package, you will receive a track and trace code by email. This allows you to adjust your preferred delivery to a different location or time.

1.2 Delivery outside the Netherlands

For delivery outside the Netherlands, an average of two to three extra days are added to the expected delivery time, depending on the country of destination and the involvement of other carriers.
