No limits. No dependencies. No compromises.
You want full control over your home automation. The Gevako RS6 gives the serious Home Assistant user and installer exactly what they need: six fully independent channels in one compact DIN rail module, powered by the ESP32-C6 processor with native support for both Wi-Fi 6 and Thread.
Six channels, six times the freedom
The true power of the RS6 lies in its connector layout. Each relay has its own dedicated input (odd pin) and switched output (even pin). This gives you total freedom in how you organize your circuits, regardless of the voltage source. Whether you want to control six zone valves, an EV charger trigger, fans, or a mix of AC and DC devices: the RS6 handles it all without the channels affecting each other. Switch a 230V lighting circuit alongside a 24V DC valve or a dry contact for a garage door, all within one compact module.
Industrial build quality
Standard housings often force manufacturers into electronic compromises. At Gevako, the PCB comes first. We produce our own housings from heat-resistant industrial ABS, so components are placed exactly where they perform best thermally and electronically. The result is a module that stays cool and safe even under heavy, continuous loads.
Wi-Fi 6: Maximum flexibility
The Wi-Fi version connects via Wi-Fi 6 and integrates directly through ESPHome. No hub, no bridge, no cloud. Each of the six independent channels can be configured individually in ESPHome, giving you granular control over naming, restore modes, and automation behavior for every single output. All automations run locally, ensuring instant response times regardless of internet connectivity.
Thread: Industrial-grade reliability
The Thread version uses the OpenThread protocol over IPv6 and bypasses your Wi-Fi network entirely. This is particularly valuable in metal distribution boards where Wi-Fi signals are often attenuated. As a Router Node, the RS6 Thread actively strengthens your entire mesh network, ensuring battery-powered sensors and valves always find a stable connection. Compatible with all major border routers including Google, Apple HomePod, Nabu Casa, and the Home Assistant SkyConnect.
You choose your protocol – and you can switch
Both versions share identical hardware: the same PCB, the same relays, the same enclosure. The firmware is the only difference. If your network evolves, you can always reflash the module via the Gevako ESPHome installer and switch between Wi-Fi and Thread without replacing any hardware.
